Notice To Suppliers - Change of Address/Contact Details & Purchasing Process

Change of Details

Please note that our Registered Office has moved premises to: 383a Euston Road, London, NW1 3AU.

The correspondence address for Silverline Care Ltd, Silverline Care Caledonia Ltd and Clyde Care limited (Springhill Care home) changed to Merlin Business Centre, Mossland Road, Hillington Park, G52 4XZ with immediate effect.

Purchasing

We are changing our process from 01.06.19 that all invoices should have a Purchase Order Number.  To aid our internal control procedure and meet invoice payment terms we would request that all invoices quote a valid Purchase Order Number. This should be obtained/requested at time of order/service. Failure to quote a valid Purchase Order will delay payment or invoice not being processed for payment.

We would prefer all correspondence to be sent directly to purchaseledger@silverlinecare.com  in the first instance.

Please ensure that your records have been updated with the new details.
