Following a successful acquisition by SC Bradford LLP and SSC Bradford Limited, Silverline Care is now responsible for the day to day management of Bradford care home, Shakespeare Court.
Shakespeare Court is situated near Bradford city centre in West Yorkshire and is managed by Julie-Ann Fitton.
The home lies just 10 miles from Silverline Care’s other two Yorkshire homes, Linson Court and Manorcroft.
Adding Shakespeare Court to the portfolio highlights Silverline Care’s commitment to providing high-quality nursing care in the Yorkshire area and secures this home’s future.
Tim Bolot, CEO Silverline Care, said: “We have been impressed by the strong progress made at Shakespeare Court. We believe that the home has a hardworking and committed team and we look forward to sustaining and building on the quality of the services provided.
“Our vision at Silverline is to be the leading care home in all our local communities, and over the next few years we aim to achieve just that with Shakespeare Court.”
Shakespeare Court is a modern and spacious custom-built home which features 80 beds, all with en-suite facilities over four units.
The home benefits from excellent transport links as it is near the ring road and within walking distance of the city’s rail and bus interchange. The area is very multi-cultural and so the home caters for all cultures, diets, and religions. Many of the staff are multilingual.
Shakespeare Court’s Home Manager Julie-Ann Fitton said: “This is an exciting time for everyone at Shakespeare Court. We are delighted to become part of the Silverline Care family and look forward to their support as we strive towards our goals of excellence and ensuring Shakespeare Court is a great place for residents to live and for our staff to work.”
Jonathan Gain, Chief Executive of Stellar Asset Management, investor in the purchasers said: “We think the purchase of Shakespeare Court is a great step forward for the home and we look forward to working with Silverline to create a home which provides high-quality care and a significantly improved environment for residents and staff at Shakespeare Court”
