Skittles is a great game for our ladies and gents to play as it encourages gentle upper body movement and involves hand-eye coordination.
As well as being good for them, the residents at Cochrane Care Home had a great time showing off their skills and things even got a bit competitive.
Well done again to the winners - another fab morning in Johnstone.
