Preventing and managing falls in our care homes is crucial to improving and maintaining residents' quality of life.
That's why those who live and work in our homes take part in falls awareness training.
Our Cochrane ladies had a class last week and it was great to see them all take the information on board and enjoy the interactive session which included some exercise.
We think it's fair to say the ladies certainly earned their post-class tea and cakes.
