Two Residents, Leslie and Harold from Manorcroft Care Home, were invited to a community lunch by the Jo Cox foundation recently.
This was put on by the local community for people who struggle at this time of year and that don’t have any family or friends, it was a lovely but emotional day and brought home what Christmas is all about.
The gents were treated to a three course Christmas Dinner with a choir for entertainment.
A truly special time was had by all. In fact, Leslie said it had made his Christmas!
