The residents in Spiers Care Home have been busy lately with many of them choosing to participate in lots of fun and relaxing activities.
Here they are during a reminiscence therapy session where the ladies and gents spoke about all things Beith. They very much enjoyed sharing their old memories of the local area and experiences.
Some of them also had a lovely time during the sand art class.
The majority of seniors can reap great benefits from engaging in various art classes - the therapeutic processes can improve their quality of life.
