As well as ensuring our residents are safe and are receiving the highest level of care, every day our staff do so much to help make our residents feel special.
Small touches such as a favourite bubble bath, giving hand massages, painting nails, applying make-up or a special blow dry can be important.
Here you can see Elanor enjoying her very own pamper session at Spiers.
The quality time spent with our staff and the lovely feeling from having her hair freshly coiffed put Elanor in such a great mood and was so heartwarming for all to see.
