Nan had a catch up with her granddaughter the other day at Cochrane Care Home.
As with many of the reunions taking place up and down the country these days, the pair were both quite emotional.
Being able to facilitate such meetings and seeing how happy our residents and their loved ones are as a result really means the world to our teams.
