Here is when Margaret at Newark helped resident Irene enjoy a video call to Australia to speak to one of her daughters.
With some help from Karen, Irene’s oldest daughter, the team managed to arrange the call and Irene was over the moon seeing her daughter Christine - whom she hasn’t been with for 8 years.
Christine also said she was so happy to see her mum looking so lovely.
Together, they had a bit of reminiscence and lots of laughter as Irene had everyone in stitches.
