Magic table 360 trial at Spiers

Residents in our Spiers Care Home have been trying out the 'Magic Table 360' which is a projector designed for people living with dementia.
Bridget, Susan and Violet, accompanied by Care Assistant Terry found the device to be very engaging and fun as by using it games can be enhanced and elaborated with added themes.
A particular favourite was adapting colouring in flags of the word to a quiz quite easily and Elvis songs can be enhanced to ‘name that tune’.
Our ladies enjoyed the first experience and our staff said it's a really versatile piece of equipment with lots of great games to join in with a diverse cognitive and sensory approach.
