A trip to Ayr Beach for Jim from Spiers

Jim, from Spiers Care Home, enjoyed some time out in the Silverline Care minibus on a trip to Ayr beach.
Jim said he was delighted to be out and about, that he enjoyed his fish supper and the lovely scenery and also that it was great to see all the dog walkers on the beach.
The fresh air did Jim the world of good but he was careful to still keep wrapped up as he said you can feel the difference with autumn not far away now.
