Baking fork biscuits at Willow Bank

Willow Bank residents decided to bake some fork biscuits that they hadn’t baked for a while.
The group got stuck in preparing the dough, saying mixing it was good exercise.
The biscuits weren’t quite ready for the afternoon tea trolley, so everyone was looking forward to having them with a cuppa morning mid-morning.
But judging by how good they smelled, our activity team believed they will taste tremendous.
