'World chocolate day' goes down at treat at Springhill

Springhill residents celebrated World Chocolate Day this week.
According to some, the day is celebrated on July 7th because it was on this date in 1550 that chocolate was first brought to Europe!
Our residents and staff were more than happy to mark the occasion by tucking into a variety of chocolates, washed down with a hot chocolate.
In fact, it might just be our residents' new favourite day.
